People were always telling us that we should do this for a living and so we took the plunge and started Bluebell Bakery Sussex! Ordering and delivery

Orders can be placed by contacting us. We offer free local collection or delivery within 5 miles of Chichester and will also deliver to customers up to 15 miles from Chichester (a delivery charge will apply; £5 for 5-10 miles, £10 for 10-15 miles).

When will my order be ready?

The short answer is, it depends! Once we receive your order, we'll let you know when it's ready. Alternatively, if you have a specific date in mind, just let us know in the message when you place your order. We try and accommodate everyone but when we're busy e.g., Easter, Christmas, your order might take a little bit longer than normal.

Do you make any vegan or dairy-free items?

Yes, we do! These are highlighted as 'Vegan' in our menu, however we are not a registered Vegan kitchen.

How do I store my purchases?

Everything is freshly made to order so best eaten straight away. Some of our treats, like our fudge, will last for three weeks if kept in an airtight container. Others, like our graze boxes, are meant to be consumed on the day of delivery.

Whilst we gladly cater for special dietary requirements we must stress that although every care and effort is taken in the preparation, we can NOT guarantee your product will be 100% trace free of allergens that are carefully stored and used on the premises, e.g., wheat flour, barley, and rye (cereals containing gluten), eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts (walnuts, ground almonds, and confectionery), soya (milk and margarine), sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphates (dried fruit preservatives).
